🌯1 Tortilla Wrap
🍚30g Reis
🥫50g schwarze Bohnen (gekocht)
🥗50g Babyspinat oder Mixsalat
🥕Gemüsemix
🌽50g Mais
🍅z.B. eine frische Tomate oder eine halbe Gurke
🥬Kräuter deiner Wahl
🥑1/4 Avocado
🌶Sauce deiner Wahl, z.B. Sriracha, Hummus oder Tahini

Zubereitung:
1⃣ Als erstes solltest du alle Zutaten vorbereiten, also den Reis kochen (hier eignet sich beispielsweise auch Reste-Reis vom Vortag super), die Bohnen und den Mais abtropfen, den Salat und die Kräuter waschen, die Avocado und das Gemüse klein schneiden und dieses eventuell auch anbraten.

Got a little greedy front squatting today, but still ended up with a great workout.

170/375 and 210/462 felt AWESOME, so I figured I'd work up to something heavy. 230/507 also felt comfy, so I took a crack at 250/551 for a PR. I missed it, but it was really encouraging. I could still get a full breath and didn't feel light-headed, and I felt fully in control of the weight, which is more than I can say about the last crack I took at 250 (after my prior PR of 243/535). I just started coming forward out of the hole, so I knew I couldn't save it, but strength felt good.

Finished with a comfy double at 210/462, followed by three sets of breathing paused squats (second set videoed)

Followed squats up with some reverse grip bench (not videoed). Whew lad, they felt bad. They'll come back quick, though. Top set of 365x3, followed by dropbacks at 225 and 135.

I also want to thanks @petespence and @sbd.usa for hooking me up with this new belt, @omarisuf and @positionusa for hooking me up with these shoes, and @a7intl for the shirt and sleeves. I didn't wear them in this workout, but @iron_tanks hooked me up with the flats I wear for DL. None of those people or companies asked for anything in return, but they all make great equipment that I'd highly recommend.

Leg workkkk ...still one of my favourite variation of lunging 🎥 extra range reverse lunge ; STEPS:
1. Stand upright, with your hands at your hips.
2. Take a large step backward with your left foot.
3. Lower your hips so that your right thigh (front leg) becomes parallel to the floor with your right knee positioned directly over your ankle. Your left knee should be bent at a 90-degree angle and pointing toward the floor with your left heel lifted.
4. Return to standing by pressing your right heel into the floor and bringing your left leg forward to complete one rep.
5. Alternate legs, and step back with right leg. core muscles in your abdomen and your back function to stabilize your upper body throughout the movement. . .
