I would experience some serious low back pain while driving for only a couple hours, deadlifting, squatting and during any free weight standing type movements (standing shoulder press, standing bicep curls, etc).
For a while, I was completely oblivious to my pelvic tilt and never even considered it resulting in back pain. But because of it getting so painful I decided to meet with a chiropractor and that’s where I found my answer!
People with a pelvic tilt tend to be more quad dominant and struggle with weak abdominal muscles due to putting majority of the support on the low back. It can also be difficult to build the glutes at times due to the quads wanting to dominate in exercises.
HOW CAN I FIX THIS? 🤔
What has helped me is watching some videos on proper posture and breathing exercises. Being very conscious throughout the day of my posture and breathing is becoming second nature if I practice consistently.
I still experience low back pain some days more than others, but knowing what it’s from and the steps I can make to improve has been pretty life changing for me.

Final day at work today before holiday mode ✈️✈️✈️ it’s safe to say as this dieting for the hols phase comes to an end my mind is in the best place it’s ever been! I’m not stressing over how I look, I’m not being crazy about making sure I get all my cardio done or all my gym sessions done.... I’m doing what I can & accepting it isn’t always perfect! I’ve had some crazy years of dieting where I’ve lost myself whilst making sure I tick every box, I’ve obsessed over how I look, I’ve stressed myself out making sure I nail my macros & training, I’ve hated myself & my body....(that’s the reality of it 🤷🏼‍♀️) this year my attitude has been ridiculously healthy - I’m SO happy with myself.... I might not be the leanest I’ve ever been but I know I look good, I might not be nailing the macros & training requirements every day but I know I FEEL good and that’s what matters to me! My physique goals have always been top priority - this year it isn’t. Work, social life, taking time to relax all come above my physique! It’s nice to do something for enjoyment rather than feel like I’m doing it for necessity & feel like I’m failing or not good enough! ♥️♥️ thanks to @jack_online_coach for prioritising my mindset over my physique! Oh and for limiting my cardio to an hour a week!!!!! My MH took such a big dip at the weekend it's going to take a while to get back on track. Luckily enough there weren’t any unexpected packages delivered and I managed to increase both the total volume and load from last week’s first post-holiday squat session with 4 X 8 @ 160kg - AND keep rest periods to a consistent 4 minutes.

If you train after 6pm you'll often see Coach Jacks in the gym. And when she's not training, you'll usually find her obsessively tidying and reorganising everything in the gym. Her freakish ability of being able to see something 1mm out of place from anywhere in the gym, is downright scary...and impressive! 😲 .

Jacks' OCD aside, we are all grateful to have such a well organised space to train in though...am I right⁉️ .

It's all in the detail for Jacks. 👌 And in between the million other things she does, she's ALWAYS doing a bunch of cool things behind the scenes to make our little gym the best it can be. 💯 I swear she's incapable of relaxing, and on Sunday night she dragged the sewing machine out and started whipping up new wrist wraps and repairing some old ones that we have in the gym for everyone to use. .

So next time you grab a set of communal wrist wraps or straps, make sure you say a little thanks to Jacks for all those little things that make our gym so special. 😊 .

Although the overall score for this review has come out to be the lowest so far, i do not believe it correctly represents how good this preworkout actually is.
This review is based on the full 2 scoop serve. Sadly what brought this score down drastically was the taste. For me it really just tasted like a couple of sweetners in water.
But we don't take preworkout for the taste so lets get into the effects. The beta alanine tingles hit almost immediately quickly followed be a sharp increase in energy. Not too high as if it had me buzzing but enough to feel an elevated sense of well being.
The pumps are certainly worth a mention. These were pretty decent. Sparta Nutrition do a non stim pump product  to purposely stack with Kraken so that is why there are obvious holes within the pump section of this pre.
The focus on the otherhand made up for this. It allowed me to get a very focused concerntration allowing for really good mind muscle connection.
In all, this was a really decent preworkout with only the taste letting it down.

It’s been almost a month since I competed at the Teen Collegiate Masters National Championships 2019, and my weigh-in this morning was at 175.0 lbs. .

Weight is up only 10 lbs. since the show. But I did get up to almost 180.0 lbs in Las Vegas!!! 😂😂😂

Unbelievably proud of this one who in roughly 2 months has put a massive 14kg on his total!
And entered his first ever WL competition (super total)
CJ - 76kg ➡️ 80kg (more in the tank)
Snatch - 50kg ➡️ 60kg
Not only that but has also made teckers gainz too in both his lifts!
All with balancing this alongside a full powerlifting prog too!
